After the special assembly this morning we made some
A.N.Z.A.C biscuits. These were similar to those sent by families to their loved ones in the war. They were originally named Soldier's biscuits but renamed A.N.Z.A.C biscuits after the Gallipoli landings in 1915.
We tried this recipe at home and they were delicious! Thanks Room 11. From Nina's mum.
